Stroxx blitzed his rivals from the front here nine days ago and, judged on that run in isolation, holds strong claims despite a rise in the weights. He has plenty of prior convictions though and he was seen to maximum effect, so it could be that he'll struggle to confirm those placings with either Henery Hawk (second choice) or Spanish Angel, both of whom were compromised by the run of the race and trouble in running. Either way, preference is for LADY OF THE GARR who looks progressive at a low level and is eased in grade this time.[Paul Smith]
