Despite the numbers, this could go to TRIBAL CHIEF, who caught the eye in no uncertain terms at the Craven meeting last month. His second placing behind the progressive Bullet Point at Newmarket looks strong and he shaped that day (backed up by bits of his pedigree) as though this longer trip should suit. Andre Fabre's Casapueblo should give a good account, despite his double-figure draw, as should stable companion Gamestars, who is one to note on handicap debut. A combination of a wide draw and the step up to 1m2f may be against Orandi and bigger dangers may be Watch Him and Morphewan. [Richard Young]
