Last year's winner Our Champ rarely hangs about and others in here like to press on, so a strong pace seems guaranteed. However, while such a scenario would benefit hold-up performers Absurde (second choice) and She's A Saint, this is a tight track on which you don't want to get too far behind. AFADIL (nap) is tactically versatile and it might pay to forgive and forget his demise at Aintree in a first-time tongue-tie that's soon removed. He had previously turned a corner with big runs in two strong handicaps.[Alistair Jones]
