Verdict
OZAT (2) is currently in top form and comes off an excellent 4th place in a Grade 2 race over 1600m. The 4-year-old gelding tries this distance for the first time and if he sees out the extra 400m, he will be hard to beat. KOVROV (5) also has some decent feature-race form and if back to his best must be a contender. MORPHEWAN (3) has already had a win on this surface back in December while BOOGIE (4) has an excellent record at this track. It is likely to be be quite a tactical race.

BLUFF (4) has good form at this course and that brings him into contention and his recent form is decent. A very interesting race with some close form. MAHJONG (4) is lightly raced and has run well in all of his races but has not managed to win. He has the strongest form in the field and is the runner to beat. CASHLYN CAVALIER (3) has won a Claimer but the one concern is that he is an unknown factor on the all-weather track. COTE D'OR (2) in in good form and won a Claimer at this course in April with AMORE MIA (9) in second place and SISSI IMPERATRICE (10) not that far behind them in 3rd.

THE DOCTOR (3) can do way better than the most recent 7th place finish. His form before that is ultra-consistent and he can provide plenty cheek all the way home. SPIRIT OF MEHMAS (4) has a huge place chance and is a natural for all bets. CHA'HORE (7) has placed 5 times from 8 runs and should be able to win one of these days.
