Verdict

The front row seems to have the advantage here with the barefoot German PURPLE RAIN (GER) (3) looking the one to beat given his current form and the choice of jockey. They should nevertheless feel the heat from NYMKE BRIGADOON (7) who is superbly-engaged for a return to her code of preference, and ISBA DU VIVIER (1) who did not displease at Enghien late last month. IKITORI (2) is in his category, appreciates Le Croise-Laroche conditions, and is unlikely to disappoint.
