Amber Blossom's recent progress has come on the AW but she's no doubt a better horse now than when last seen on turf. The Dark Baron could be interesting on handicap debut with Keane up top, while Lovely is another likely improver. However, VEGA'S MUSE learned her trade in some warm maidens and she looked all at sea on the heavy ground when strong in the market on her handicap debut.[Alistair Jones]

Bit to prove on turf as recent improvement in 1m handicaps has come on the AW, though might just be progressing anyway; second last time despite not getting the clearest of runs.
Debut was over 5f and second run was in a maiden won by Lake Victoria; ran a pleasing comeback race in a 7f maiden at Cork (keeping on) and looks the type to progress again in handicaps.
Best maiden effort was her debut when seventh of 16 at Cork (1m); soft ground perhaps not for her when disappointing in final qualifying start; enters handicaps with an unexposed profile.
Failed to fire on AW debut last time but was thereabouts in two 1m nurseries prior to that, on good and yielding ground; on a competitive mark should she be straight enough to do herself justice.
The maidens she contested were won by good horses and she was only 5-1 for handicap debut at Gowran (1m) where she was seventh of 16 having hung under pressure on heavy ground; remains open to improvement.
Not living up to her pedigree but stuck to her guns to be beaten 5l over 1m at Dundalk in November (handicap); whether she wants 7f is debatable but there's a race in her.
Beaten between 10l and 14l in 6f-7f maidens; handicaps were always going to be more like it and Keane is booked; watch the betting for any confidence behind him.
Just minor promise in 7f/1m maidens; beaten 8l on 7f handicap debut and then fourth of six dropped to 5f at Tipperary; others probably have greater upside.
Led two out before weakening on handicap debut at Navan, finishing ninth of 19 (1m2f, good); that's something to build on and this drop back in trip could work.
Reserve; his tenth of 16 on handicap debut at Leopardstown wasn't devoid of promise and slow ground an excuse last time; new headgear fitted and not without hope if getting in.
