She was well beaten on heavy going last month but MISS KASSIOPI is better judged on her previous efforts on better ground and, with cheekpieces now tried, she is taken to get the better of the unexposed Sandscape.[Colin Russell]

Won a 14-runner conditions hurdle in the French provinces in May last year; runner-up at Auteuil next time (2m2f, very soft); has been disappointing for new yard, last time finishing last of nine when 66-1 for a Ludlow handicap (2m, soft); may do better back up in trip but others stronger.
Ex-Irish; won a 17-runner handicap at Wincanton on stable debut in January (1m7f, good to soft; 25-1); fair second next time but below par latest; others look better treated but he has an each-way chance.
Pulled up at Warwick when last seen out in November (2m5f, good; jumped poorly and hung left); had won at Worcester in August (2m4f, good); better ground suits but he may need the run after a break.
Ex-Gordon Elliott; won an Irish point and showed promise in bumpers and maiden hurdles; tailed off on stable debut in September (2m4f, good); bit to prove.
Three wins over hurdles, the latest at Worcester in May 2023 (2m4f, good); has run a few fair races since, but below par last four starts; others appeal more.
Runner-up in a Wetherby novice in December (2m, soft) but was pulled up when stepped up to 2m4f in a Sandown novice handicap last time (soft); unexposed; could be worth another chance.
Below par on soft ground last twice (made a bad mistake on first occasion); had been in fair form on good/good to soft before that; well handicapped now and worth considering.
Best run when third in a mares' maiden hurdle at Warwick in October (2m5f, good); fair second next time and can be forgiven a below-par run on testing ground last time; player on handicap debut.
