The scramble is well and truly on for black type with these broodmare prospects and it's a wide-open race if Miss Tonnerre fails for a third time to reproduce the best form she showed last season. These are pretty early days and it's a step back down in class, so maybe she can stage a revival, but JANEY MACKERS is the one who's most readily given another chance now that rain has returned to the weather forecast. El Budoor scraped home in an AW maiden just ten days ago but she probably brings the most potential.
