Couple of flashes on AW from 5lb higher around the New Year but overall profile is regressive and losing run now stands at 17; returns to turf and, while his first start here is a straw to clutch at, his yard surely has better chances with Time Patrol; declared 8:00 at Kempton last night.

Gained due reward for a string of good efforts this year when landing his fourth AW success, at Lingfield (6f) a fortnight ago; 0-13 on turf but he's capable on this surface and had no luck when beaten just over 2l under a penalty at Windsor (5f, good to firm) last week; chance.
3-7 on turf which extends to 3-4 on ground quicker than good; won his first start here when coming wide and late to score by a neck over C&D (good to firm) last time; value for more so 2lb nudge looks fine; big player.
Made all in two of his last four runs (both Wolverhampton, one over 6f) and he couldn't get on the lead when disappointing off this mark there last time; 0-4 turf record includes two lesser efforts here but they were over 7f and 1m; possible pace pressure from Nelson Rose but he's not ruled out.
Regressed sharply last year, especially on turf, and never looked like getting involved behind Time Patrol on his penultimate run; blew the start last time (also C&D) and he's hard to recommend.
