This is knee-deep in horses with strong C&D records, not least One Of Our Own who will be suited by the quick conditions and should be sharper for the refitting of cheekpieces. One More Dream comes here in fine fettle but DREAM DEAL looked on the verge of another win when close up over C&D on his debut for this yard and he can find some more on his second run back.[Emily Weber]

Higher in the weights than when winning his most recent 6f start, at Carlisle (good) in August, but he's been running well off a similar mark to today's over 5f at Musselburgh recently; can be on the premises.
Seen more often on AW but he's won his latest two turf starts, at Pontefract (5f, good) and Doncaster (6f, good to firm) this spring; also winner of his only C&D start and looks set for another good effort.
Had a good run of 7f form around this time last year, winning twice, including on this track (good to firm); becoming well treated again and he's not entirely dismissed kept to 6f after losing his chance at the start on reappearance.
Two AW wins in 2025, over 6f and 7f, but he was behind when brought down at Chelmsford last month; arrives from off the pace and his turf wins have come on tracks with stiff finishes so perhaps this one won't be ideal.
C&D winner; two 6f wins in 2024 (good) and has dropped below his latest winning mark; he's been making up the numbers so far this year but Oisin Orr takes over from a 7lb claimer and likely to be more competitive.
Unbeaten in three C&D runs when the ground has been good to firm, the last twice for Kaiya Fraser; back on her last winning mark and primed to go well with cheekpieces refitted for the first time this year.
Three C&D wins in the second half of 2024, on good and soft ground; lesser efforts over 5f this year but weighted to win another of these and has to be added to the list.
All five turf wins from the front over C&D in the summer months, on ground ranging from good to firm to good to soft; looks very likely to give it a bold shot from a low draw, following a satisfactory comeback.
Just one win, over C&D in 2023, but he often ran well in defeat for previous yard and his stable debut here, when close behind one who was quite well treated, was encouraging; should be in the thick of it again.
Last four wins, two on this track, have come over 7f; also effective over C&D and he'll be suited by the return to 6f after finding 5f inadequate last time out; this does look competitive, though.
