Double Digits has shown huge improvement on his last two appearances and may not go down without a fight but useful Flat racer FIVER FRIDAY beat a big field on last month's hurdling debut and could quite plausibly have a very good future over jumps.[Chris Wilson]

Displayed major improvement when very close second to short-odds favourite at Newcastle (2m1f, good) last month and did not need to make any further progress to justify short odds himself at Carlisle (2m1f, good) a fortnight ago; has another big role to play today.
Useful Flat racer who easily won uncompetitive Ayr novice (2m, good) on hurdling debut in November; two disappointing efforts have followed, though, and he now has a point to prove.
Fairly useful stayer on the Flat for Ralph Beckett but safely held in two maiden hurdles for new stable towards end of last year and needs to take a big step forward here.
Developed into a useful Flat racer last year and made very good start to hurdling career this month, winning 20-runner Navan maiden (2m, good to yielding); will be a very tough nut to crack if she's in similar form here, and she has very obvious scope to build on that performance.
Showed fair form (albeit without winning) at up to 1m2f on the Flat for Richard Hughes but last summer's stable debut was very disappointing and this hurdling debut comes after a 248-day layoff; had wind op in February.
