The newcomers are well worth a market check, especially the nicely bred pair Amazing Force and Karakula, but a few of these have already shown promise. It remains to be seen if the drop in trip will suit Champagne On Ice following a narrow defeat on her Kempton debut, but a better performance seems likely from Wonderbolt who showed a mixture of greenness and ability on her first start at Wolverhampton. However, despite the 7lb penalty HEY BOO is taken to follow up her successful C&D debut, a performance that was probably even better than it looked.[David Bellingham]

Sent off 16-1 when making a successful debut in a maiden over C&D 19 days ago; scored by less than a length, but given she was drawn widest and missed the break her performance can be marked up; this 1000 Guineas entry is much respected under her 7lb penalty.
Dandy Man filly; 85,000euros foal; 130,000gns yearling; half-sister to 1m winner Thunder Run (RPR 104); dam 7f/1m AW winner (89), half-sister to winners Gangway (9.5f/1m2f) and Annie Pender (2m hurdle); plenty to like on breeding and stable has a good record with 3yo newcomers; market informative; tongue tied for debut.
12-1 when beaten just over 4l into sixth of 12 behind Hey Boo over C&D 19 days ago; 7lb better off, but will need to improve a fair bit if she is to reverse the form.
100,000gns yearling; 13-2 when beaten a head into second of seven on her Kempton debut (1m, Polytrack) last month; that race was slowly run and dropping a furlong may not be ideal on breeding, but she is open to improvement,
Mayson filly; £120,000 yearling; sister to three winners including Dance Diva (6f/7f including 2yo/Listed; RPR 100) and Ben Hamrash (7f-1m including AW/Saudi Arabia; 80), half-sister to 6f-1m winner The Groove (including AW; 75); dam 7.4f-1m1f winner (99); something to like on breeding, but yard 0-26 with 3yo newcomers since 2021 so she may be better for the run; stable also runs Lady Mary.
14-1 when last of ten on her Southwell debut (7f, Tapeta) in December; may have finished closer with a clearer run but she still needs to improve plenty.
Sea The Moon filly; dam 7f-7.6f winner (including 2yo/Group 3; RPR 111), sister to 6f/7f Group 3 winner Double Or Bubble; nicely bred and stable can get them ready first time.
Has shown ability in her four starts, albeit not really stepped up from her Windsor debut; extra furlong poses a new question and vulnerable to less-exposed types.
175,000gns yearling; 17-2 for her Wolverhampton debut (6f, Tapeta) last month and showed greenness together with ability when finishing sixth of the 11 runners; extra furlong not an issue and improvement seems likely; player.
