Few clues to go on here on just the second juvenile race of the season. In the first one, Army Leave got the better of Leblon Beach at the Curragh although it is likely to be a lot closer between the pair this time. The advantage of a previous run can't be underestimated with juveniles, but still it could pay to oppose the pair with the Ger Lyons-trained debutante LADY IMAN, a half-sister to a couple of decent sprinting juveniles. Mohaather filly cost 10,000gns as a foal and 4,000Euros as a yearling; fourth foal; half-sister to winners Vondelpark (1m inc 2yo; RPR 73) and Lethal Touch (9.4f AW/1m2f turf; 71); dam unraced half-sister to useful 7f/1m2f 2yo winner Al Ghazal; yard without a 2yo winner in last five years, albeit from small numbers.
Starman filly went through the ring for 185,000GBP as a yearling; third foal; half-sister to winners West Acre (5f including 2yo/AW/UAE Group 2; RPR 112) and Succession (5f 2yo; 87); dam Group-placed 6f 2yo winner (101), half-sister to useful/prolific 5f-5.7f winner (inc 2yo) Union Rose; major respect from top yard which has made a bright start to the season.
Saxon Warrior filly is second foal; half-sister to 6f AW 2yo winner Good Banter (RPR 93); dam 6f-1m winner (including 2yo; 80), half-sister to useful winners Ghost Serge (6f-1m4f Flat including 2yo; 2m hurdle) and Barley (1m); bred to be an early type so don't rule out.
Early speed on recent debut in a Curragh maiden won by better-fancied stablemate Power Blue; all the better for that experience and no surprise if she played a role here; yard has been enjoying a fine time of it here of late.
Cotai Glory filly cost 10,000Euros as a yearling; fourth foal; dam placed 7f/1m (RPR 72), half-sister to 7.5f 2yo winner Don Julio, out of 7f 2yo Group 3 winning half-sister to 6f 2yo Group 2 winner Memory; yard not renowned for juvenile winners.
Cheaply bought filly but quite strong in the market and showed definite ability on recent Curragh debut, keen enough but speed for much of way in finishing third (Leblon Beach fifth); that experience should stand to her here and should play a role.
Inns Of Court filly cost 38,000Euros as a yearling; half-sister to five winners inc Blakeney Point (1m4f-2m including AW/Listed; RPR 109), Lady Tiana (1m-1m4f including AW/Listed; 108), Percy's Pride (1m2f AW/1m4f; 91) and Angel From Above (6f; 79); dam 1m winner (79); quite stoutly-bred on the dam side and may need further in time but yard has a fine recent record here and debutante has to be respected from a good draw.
