Our Dylan is a likeable type who should give his running once again, but in THE BLUEBERRY ONE and Dangerous Touch he could be up against a couple of improvers on their handicap debuts. Harry Derham's contender edges preference, but one suspects the market will be highly informative.[Alistair Jones]

Ability in a point and bumpers; quiet start over hurdles but better in a Warwick maiden last time (2m, good to soft) won by smart stablemate Castle Ivers; looks just the type to kick on now into handicaps.
Lightly raced but didn't look well treated for handicap debut at Chepstow (2m, soft) and was well beaten at 20-1; down just 2lb but this longer trip could be a positive.
Consistent sort who deserved his Exeter win (2m2f, soft) five weeks ago, which had a degree of comfort about it; raised 7lb but Joshua Newman can claim his 5lb this time; solid contender.
Well bred and in a good yard, so he has to be of interest on handicap debut, especially as the middle effort in novice hurdles (all at Newbury) was encouraging; stepping up to 2m4f should suit as well judged on pedigree.
Only 1-8 in points and 2-42 under rules (hurdle/chase winner); beaten 9l and 12l in two handicap hurdles since returning to rules action and others are more intriguing.
0-10 over hurdles in Ireland, though he was third of 17 in a Down Royal handicap in September 2023; that was over 3m and it's questionable whether he can return to that level.
Lightly raced 5yo who hinted at better days ahead when a 21l fourth on handicap debut over C&D in November (soft); gets in here off a low weight and is not ruled out.
